I'm so restless this week...finding it difficult to focus on work.  I think it's mostly because I'm preoccupied with wanting to be somewhere else....doing something else.

I tweeted earlier this week a Carrie Fisher quote, "Instant gratification takes too long."  Who else better to describe EXACTLY how I'm feeling than Princess Leia.  I know! Right?!  It's complicated to describe what is happening inside my soul but I am excited and anxious and probably acting a bit thirteenish about the whole thing.  Seriously, I want what I want and I want it now.  How fucking difficult is that, Universe?

But I guess patience is the lesson here.
